Description

This Air Fryer Frittata is a quick and easy breakfast dish filled with eggs, veggies, and cheese, all cooked to perfection in the air fryer. It’s a delicious and nutritious way to start your day!


Ingredients

Egg Mixture:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Add-Ins:

  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • nonstick cooking spray


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add bell peppers, spinach, onions, cheddar, and feta.
  2. Cook in Air Fryer: Spray a cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour in the egg mixture. Air fry at 330°F for 12–15 minutes until set.
