Ingredients

			Egg Mixture:
- 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup milk
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 
Add-Ins:
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
 - 1/4 cup chopped spinach
 - 1/4 cup diced onions
 - 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
 - nonstick cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Add bell peppers, spinach, onions, cheddar, and feta.
 - Cook in Air Fryer: Spray a cake pan with nonstick spray. Pour in the egg mixture. Air fry at 330°F for 12–15 minutes until set.
 - Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice and enjoy!
