			Wraps
- 4 large flour tortillas
 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, shredded or diced

Fillings
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/4 cup hot sauce (adjust to taste)
 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

For Cooking
- Cooking spray or olive oil, for greasing

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce and ranch dressing to create a spicy, creamy sauce that will add flavor and moisture to the wraps.
 - Assemble the wraps: Divide the shredded or diced cooked chicken evenly among the center of each flour tortilla.
 - Add cheese: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken in each tortilla for a melty, cheesy layer.
 - Drizzle sauce: Pour the prepared hot sauce and ranch mixture evenly over the cheese and chicken fillings.
 - Roll the wraps: Fold in the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them up tightly into compact wraps to hold the ingredients together during cooking.
 - Prepare air fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil to prevent the wraps from sticking.
 - Place wraps in air fryer: Arrange the wraps seam side down in the basket, making sure they are spaced apart and not touching to allow even crisping.
 - Cook: Air fry the wraps at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes or until the tortillas are golden brown, crispy outside, and the cheese inside has melted.
 - Serve: Remove the wraps carefully from the air fryer, let them cool slightly, and serve warm with additional hot sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes
- Adjust the amount of hot sauce to control the spice level.
 - Use pre-cooked chicken to reduce prep time.
 - For a gluten-free option, substitute the flour tortillas with gluten-free wraps.
 - Ensure wraps are rolled tightly to prevent filling from spilling out during air frying.
 - If your air fryer is smaller, cook the wraps in batches to avoid overcrowding.
