Scale
Sourdough Bread Bowl:
- 1 round sourdough bread loaf
Cranberry Brie Filling:
- 1 (8 oz) wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary (plus more for garnish)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)
- crackers or sliced baguette (for serving)

- Bake: Bake the filled bread on a baking sheet for 20–25 minutes until the cheese melts and the bread is golden.
- Serve: Garnish with rosemary and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
Notes
- You can use homemade or store-bought cranberry sauce.
- For a savory twist, add chopped toasted pecans or walnuts before baking.
