Spaghetti:
- 12 oz spaghetti
Chicken:

Carbonara Sauce:

- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the Spaghetti: Boil spaghetti until al dente, then drain and set aside, reserving 1 cup of pasta water.
