 - 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
 
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (melted)
 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
 - 3 large eggs
 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8×8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
 - Mix Wet Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
 - Add Dry Ingredients: Sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
 - Finish Batter: Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
 - Bake: Bake for 28–32 minutes until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
 - Cool and Slice: Cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
 
Notes
- For extra fudgy brownies, slightly underbake and chill before cutting.
