Scale
Eggs
- 6 hard boiled eggs
Filling
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dill relish
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- couple dashes of fresh pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the eggs: Slice each hard boiled egg in half lengthwise. Carefully remove the yolks and place them into a medium mixing bowl. Set the egg whites aside on a serving platter.
- Mix filling ingredients: Add mayonnaise, dill relish, parsley flakes, white vinegar, yellow mustard, salt, onion powder, and fresh pepper to the bowl with the yolks.
- Combine the mixture: Use a fork or a whisk to mix all the ingredients until the filling is smooth, well combined, and creamy in texture.
- Fill the egg whites: Spoon or pipe the creamy yolk mixture evenly back into the hollowed egg white halves.
- Garnish and serve: Lightly sprinkle paprika over the filled eggs for color and added flavor. Serve chilled or at room temperature as a delightful appetizer.
Notes
- For easier yolk removal, gently tap the eggs all over to crack the shell before peeling.
- To make the filling extra smooth, you can mash the yolks thoroughly or use a hand mixer on low speed.
- These deviled eggs can be prepared a few hours ahead and refrigerated until serving.
- Adjust the amount of mustard and relish according to your taste preference.
- Use a piping bag with a star tip for a decorative filling presentation.
