 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1 cup white chocolate chips or chunks
 - 3/4 cup shelled pistachios (roughly chopped)
 
Instructions
- Brown the Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter until golden brown and fragrant.
 - Mix the Sugars: Combine brown sugar and granulated sugar with the browned butter.
 - Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
 - Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
 - Stir in Mix-Ins: Fold in white chocolate chips and pistachios.
 - Chill the Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
 - Bake: Preheat oven, scoop dough into balls, bake until golden. Cool on a wire rack.
