  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing

For the Pastry:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Optional: crumbled blue cheese and extra green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and green onions until fully mixed.
