Pasta:

  • 8 oz linguine or spaghetti

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat (chopped)
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
  2. Prepare Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil, sauté garlic, add lobster meat, white wine, lemon juice, simmer, and then add pasta. Season and toss.
  3. Finish Dish: Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and serve.
