			Pasta:
- 8 oz linguine or spaghetti
 
Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 cup cooked lobster meat (chopped)
 - ¼ cup dry white wine
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 - ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta until al dente, and reserve ½ cup of pasta water.
 - Prepare Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter with olive oil, sauté garlic, add lobster meat, white wine, lemon juice, simmer, and then add pasta. Season and toss.
 - Finish Dish: Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in Parmesan, garnish with parsley, and serve.
