Description

This Cajun Ranch Dressing is a flavorful twist on traditional ranch dressing, with a hint of Cajun spice. Creamy and tangy, it’s perfect for salads, veggies, wings, and more!

For the Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup buttermilk (plus more to thin if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Fold in the parsley and chives, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If the dressing is too thick, whisk in a little more buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
