- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or 1/2 teaspoon dried)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Caramelize Onions: In a skillet, cook onions in olive oil and butter until golden and caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
