			For the Casserole:
- 1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough (cut into quarters)
 - 1 lb breakfast sausage (crumbled)
 - 8 large eggs
 - 1 cup whole milk
 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - Cook Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked; drain excess grease and set aside.
 - Prepare Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
 - Assemble Casserole: Place biscuit pieces in the baking dish, top with cooked sausage, pour egg mixture over, and add cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
 - Bake: Bake for 35–40 minutes until set and golden brown.
 - Rest and Serve: Let it rest for 5 minutes, garnish with green onions or chives, then slice and serve warm.

- You can prep this casserole the night before and refrigerate until ready to bake.
 - Swap the sausage with cooked bacon or chopped ham if preferred.
 - For a spicy twist, use hot sausage and add a pinch of crushed red pepper.
