Description

These Cheesecake Deviled Strawberries are a delightful twist on traditional cheesecake, with creamy, sweet filling nestled inside fresh strawberry halves. A perfect no-bake dessert or party appetizer that’s sure to impress your guests!

Filling:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional Garnish:

  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • fresh mint leaves


Instructions

  1. Hollow out the strawberries: Using a small spoon or melon baller, carefully scoop out a small portion of the center of each halved strawberry.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill the strawberries: Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture into the hollowed-out center of each strawberry half.
  4. Add garnish: Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the tops for a ‘crust’ effect. Garnish with mint leaves if desired.
  5. Chill and serve: Chill the filled strawberries for at least 15 minutes before serving.
