Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs and Vanilla: Mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Stir in Mix-Ins: Fold in the chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips, and optional nuts or toffee bits.
  6. Bake Cookies: Scoop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden. Cool on the sheets before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
