			Dough:
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for dusting)
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 1 1/4 cups warm water (110°F)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Prepare the Yeast: In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
 - Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour and stir until a rough dough forms.
 - Knead and Rise: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let rise in a warm place for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
 - Shape and Bake: Punch down the dough and divide it for two 12-inch pizzas, or keep whole for a thick crust. Roll out, add toppings, and bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden and crisp.

Notes
- For best flavor, allow the dough to cold ferment in the refrigerator overnight.
 - This dough can also be frozen after the first rise.
