Description

Cream Cheese Filling:

  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Rolls:

  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Prepare the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough, separate into triangles. Spread cream cheese mixture on each triangle, sprinkle with crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips. Roll up and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake: Brush the rolls with melted butter. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Finish: Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
