			Cream Cheese Filling:
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
 
Rolls:
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
 - 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreos)
 - 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
 - Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the filling: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
 - Prepare the rolls: Unroll the crescent dough, separate into triangles. Spread cream cheese mixture on each triangle, sprinkle with crushed cookies and mini chocolate chips. Roll up and place on baking sheet.
 - Bake: Brush the rolls with melted butter. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
 - Finish: Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve warm.
 
Notes
- To make these extra indulgent, drizzle with melted white or dark chocolate after baking.
 - You can also make a simple glaze with powdered sugar and milk to drizzle over the top.
