- 1 cup cold milk
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip (thawed)

Instructions
- Mix Pudding and Milk: In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until the mixture is smooth and starts to thicken.
- Fold in Cool Whip: Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip with a spatula until fully incorporated and the frosting is fluffy and light in texture.
- Add Vanilla Extract: Stir in the optional vanilla extract to enhance the flavor if desired.
- Use or Chill: Use the frosting immediately to frost cakes, cupcakes, or as a dip, or refrigerate it until ready to use. For a firmer texture, refrigerate for 30 minutes before applying.
