These Chicken Bundles are a cozy and delicious appetizer or meal featuring a creamy chicken filling wrapped in golden, buttery crescent rolls. Perfectly spiced and easy to prepare, they’re great for family dinners or gatherings.

- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie chicken works great!)
- 8 oz block cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
Dough & Topping
- 2 cans crescent roll dough
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and creamy.
- Assemble Bundles: Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Spoon about 2-3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each crescent roll, starting at the wide end, and tuck in the edges to fully enclose the filling.
- Prepare for Baking: Place the chicken bundles on your prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter to add flavor and help them turn golden brown in the oven.
- Bake: Bake the bundles for 15-18 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and crispy.
- Cool and Serve: Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving. These are perfect on their own or with a side salad.
Notes
- If you want extra crispiness, you can brush a little more melted butter halfway through baking.
- For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the filling.
- These bundles can be prepared ahead of time and baked just before serving.
