- 24 frozen phyllo shells

- 6 oz brie cheese, cut into 24 small cubes
Cranberry Topping:
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- Honey for drizzling (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the phyllo cups: Arrange the phyllo shells on a baking sheet. Place one cube of brie into each phyllo shell.
- Add toppings: Spoon cranberry sauce over the brie. Top with chopped pecans and rosemary.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and the shells are golden.
- Drizzle with honey: Remove from the oven and drizzle with honey. Serve warm or at room temperature.
