Pasta:

  • 12 ounces pasta (such as penne or rotini)

Sauce:

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (optional)
  • Extra Parmesan and cracked pepper for serving


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
