 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
 
Sauce:
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - ¾ cup reserved pasta water
 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice
 
Additional:
- 2 cups baby spinach
 - Optional: red pepper flakes and fresh basil for garnish
 
Instructions
- Cook Pasta: Boil salted water, cook pasta, and reserve ¾ cup pasta water.
 - Cook Chicken: Sauté chicken with seasonings until golden.
 - Make Sauce: Add garlic, ricotta, Parmesan, and lemon juice; stir in pasta water.
 - Combine: Toss in cooked pasta and spinach until heated through.
 - Serve: Garnish and serve warm.
