			Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles:
- 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee
 - 1 cup whole milk or dairy-free milk of choice
 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the cold brew coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
 - Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
 - Fill Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
 - Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
 - Serve: To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
 
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, use a more concentrated cold brew or add an extra tablespoon of instant espresso powder.
 - You can also drizzle melted chocolate into the molds before filling for a mocha twist.
