Cold Brew Coffee Popsicles:

  • 1 1/2 cups cold brew coffee
  • 1 cup whole milk or dairy-free milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a medium bowl or large measuring cup, whisk together the cold brew coffee, milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Fill Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion. Insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely solid.
  5. Serve: To release the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull out the popsicles. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
