			For the chicken:
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 large eggs (beaten)
 - 1 1/2 cups Italian-style breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 
For topping:
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella cheese
 - 2 medium tomatoes (sliced)
 - 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Prepare the chicken: Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a breadcrumb mixture. Dredge the chicken in flour, then egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Cook the chicken: Cook the breaded chicken in a skillet until golden brown. Transfer to the oven and bake until fully cooked.
 - Add toppings: Top each chicken breast with mozzarella and tomato slices. Return to the oven to melt the cheese.
 - Finish and serve: Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with basil before serving.
