 - 1 cup canned corn (drained)
 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 cups nacho cheese Doritos (crushed slightly)
 - 1/2 cup Catalina or French dressing
 - Optional toppings: sliced avocado, sour cream, chopped cilantro, jalapeño slices
 
Instructions
