This Dill Pickle Chicken Salad is a flavorful twist on traditional chicken salad. Tangy dill pickles, creamy mayo, and a hint of mustard make this salad a delicious option for sandwiches, wraps, or crackers.

			Chicken Salad:
- 2 cups cooked chicken breast (shredded or chopped)
 - 1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
 - 2 tablespoons pickle juice
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
 - 1/4 cup chopped celery
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
 - Salt and black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped dill pickles, red onion, and celery.
 - Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and toss until well coated.
 - Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
 - Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors develop.
 - Serve on bread, in lettuce wraps, or with crackers.
 
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, pickle juice, Dijon mustard, and chopped dill until smooth.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
 - Add a chopped hard-boiled egg or a dash of hot sauce for extra flavor.
 - Greek yogurt can be substituted for part of the mayo for a lighter version.
