Toffee Layer:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar

Cracker Base:

  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers (about 40 crackers)

Toppings:

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pastel-colored M&M’s
  • 1/2 cup Easter sprinkles
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper


Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil, coat with cooking spray. Arrange saltine crackers on the sheet.
  2. Melt Toffee: In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar until boiling. Boil for 3 minutes without stirring. Pour over crackers.
  3. Bake: Bake for 7–8 minutes until bubbly. Remove and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot toffee. Spread melted chocolate evenly.
  4. Add Toppings: While warm, top with M&M’s and Easter sprinkles. Cool to set. Break into pieces before serving.
