- 1½ cups desiccated coconut
- ½ cup rainbow sprinkles (nonpareils or hundreds and thousands)
Instructions
- Cut the Sponge Cake: Cut the sponge cake into evenly sized 2-inch squares.
- Prepare Icing: In a medium bowl, mix powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt to make a smooth icing.
- Coating Mixture: Combine desiccated coconut and rainbow sprinkles in a shallow dish.
