Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a blender, add the freshly squeezed lemon juice, sugar, ice cubes, and cold water or lemon soda. Add the optional lemon zest for additional citrus flavor.
- Blend Until Slushy: Blend on high speed until the mixture becomes smooth and slushy. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more cold water or soda and blend again to reach desired texture.
