			Lobster Tails:
- 4 lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
 
Garlic Butter Mixture:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
 - 4 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
 - 1 teaspoon paprika
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
 
For Serving:

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F.
 - Prepare Lobster Tails: Butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the top of each shell and pulling the meat through to rest on top.
 - Make Garlic Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Brush over lobster tails.
 - Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes until the meat is opaque and browned.
 - Finish and Serve: Brush with remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

- For extra flavor, broil the lobster tails during the last 1–2 minutes of baking.
