Instructions

  1. Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F).

  3. Grill the Wings: Arrange the wings on the grill grates in a single layer. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until golden, crisp, and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Toss and Garnish: Optionally toss the wings in BBQ sauce or hot sauce just before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve immediately.

  • For extra crispy wings, grill over indirect heat for the first 15 minutes, then finish directly over the flame.
