Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375–400°F).
- Season the Wings: In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well to coat evenly.
- Grill the Wings: Arrange the wings on the grill grates in a single layer. Grill for 20 to 25 minutes, turning every 5 minutes, until golden, crisp, and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Toss and Garnish: Optionally toss the wings in BBQ sauce or hot sauce just before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve immediately.
