Description

These Hawaiian Roll Breakfast Sliders are a delicious and satisfying morning treat, featuring savory sausage, fluffy eggs, and gooey cheese sandwiched in sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for a hearty breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls:

1 (12-count) package;

Eggs Mixture:

8 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon butter;

Sausage & Cheese:

12 breakfast sausage patties (cooked), 6 slices cheddar cheese (or 12 small slices);

Seasoned Butter:

2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Prepare Rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating. Place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until set.
  4. Assemble Sliders: Layer eggs, sausage, and cheese on rolls. Cover with top half.
  5. Season and Bake: Brush rolls with seasoned butter. Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into sliders and serve warm.

Notes

  • Try bacon or ham instead of sausage.
  • For a lighter version, use egg whites.
  • Perfect for brunches, potlucks, or meal prep.
