Ingredients
Hawaiian Sweet Rolls:
1 (12-count) package;
Eggs Mixture:
8 large eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon butter;
Sausage & Cheese:
12 breakfast sausage patties (cooked), 6 slices cheddar cheese (or 12 small slices);
Seasoned Butter:
2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Rolls: Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally without separating. Place the bottom half in the dish.
- Scramble Eggs: Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Scramble in butter until set.
- Assemble Sliders: Layer eggs, sausage, and cheese on rolls. Cover with top half.
- Season and Bake: Brush rolls with seasoned butter. Bake covered for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
- Serve: Let cool slightly, then slice into sliders and serve warm.
