			Chicken and Cooking
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
 - 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
 - Salt and black pepper, to taste

Sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - ¼ cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
 - ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 - 2 tablespoons water

Garnish and Serving
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
 - Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the bite-sized chicken pieces with salt and black pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown on all sides and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
 - Prepare the sauce mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar, onion powder, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
 - Sauté garlic and simmer sauce: Reduce heat to medium in the same skillet. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn it. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet and bring it to a gentle simmer.
 - Thicken the sauce: In a separate small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Slowly pour the slurry into the skillet while stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, about 1-2 minutes.
 - Toss chicken in sauce: Return the cooked chicken pieces to the skillet. Toss them well to coat evenly with the thickened sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to ensure the chicken is heated through and well coated.
 - Garnish and serve: Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley over the chicken bites. Serve the honey garlic chicken hot over cooked rice for a complete meal.

Notes
- Use low-sodium soy sauce to control the saltiness of the dish.
 - Adjust red pepper flakes according to your preferred spice level.
 - Make sure to cook the garlic briefly to avoid bitterness.
 - Cornstarch slurry is important for thickening the sauce to a nice glaze consistency.
 - Can be served with steamed vegetables or noodles as alternatives to rice.
 - Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
