Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare Cupcake Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs, vanilla, tequila, milk, and mango purée. Gradually add dry ingredients, fold in diced strawberries, and fill cupcake liners ⅔ full. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
  3. Make Frosting: Beat butter until creamy, gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in strawberry purée, mango purée, lime juice, and salt. Spread onto cooled cupcakes.
  4. Garnish and Serve: Garnish cupcakes with lime zest or sugared rim for a margarita touch. Enjoy!
