 - ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)

 - 2 tablespoons tequila (optional)
 - ¼ cup whole milk
 - ¼ cup mango purée
 - ¼ cup diced fresh strawberries
 
Strawberry Mango Frosting:
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
 - 2 cups powdered sugar
 - 2 tablespoons strawberry purée
 - 2 tablespoons mango purée
 - 1 tablespoon lime juice
 - pinch of salt
 
Optional Garnish:
- lime zest
 - coarse sugar or sea salt rim
 - small strawberry or mango slice
 
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
 - Prepare Cupcake Batter: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs, vanilla, tequila, milk, and mango purée. Gradually add dry ingredients, fold in diced strawberries, and fill cupcake liners ⅔ full. Bake for 18–22 minutes.
 - Make Frosting: Beat butter until creamy, gradually add powdered sugar, then mix in strawberry purée, mango purée, lime juice, and salt. Spread onto cooled cupcakes.
 - Garnish and Serve: Garnish cupcakes with lime zest or sugared rim for a margarita touch. Enjoy!
