- 1/2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon juice from pepperoncini jar

Instructions
- Dice Ingredients: Dice all the deli meats, provolone cheese, and vegetables including pepperoncini, iceberg lettuce, red onion, and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces. Combine all the diced ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare Dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, dried mustard, Italian seasoning, white wine vinegar, and the juice from the pepperoncini jar until smooth and well combined.
