Cheese Ball:
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 2–3 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Coating:
- ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into a ball using clean hands or a spatula. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers or pecans until coated. Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve chilled with crackers, veggies, or pretzels.
