  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Coating:

  • ½ cup crushed Ritz crackers or chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
