			Ground Beef Mixture:
- 1 pound ground beef
 - 1 packet taco seasoning
 - 1/4 cup water

Vegetable Layers:
- 1 can (4 ounces) diced green chiles
 - 1 large onion, sliced
 - 1 large green bell pepper, sliced
 - 2 large tomatoes, sliced

Cheesy Topping:
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 cup mayonnaise
 - 1 cup sour cream

Crust:
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
 - 1/2 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain any excess fat. Stir in taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, cooking for 2–3 minutes until well combined.
 - Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, mix together Bisquick and 1/2 cup water to form a soft dough. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
 - Layer the casserole: Spread the seasoned beef over the crust. Top with green chiles, onion slices, bell pepper slices, and tomato slices.
 - Make the cheesy topping: In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and half of the cheddar cheese. Spread this mixture evenly over the vegetables. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
 - Bake: Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown on top.
 - Serve: Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
- For extra spice, add pickled jalapeños between the beef and vegetable layers.
 - You can substitute ground turkey for beef if preferred.
 - Leftovers reheat well in the oven or microwave.
