- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
For the Fudge:
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Prepare the Cookie Dough: Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. In a saucepan, melt butter, sugars, and milk. Remove from heat, add vanilla, salt, and flour. Mix in chocolate chips and M&M’s.
- Melt the White Chocolate: In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk in the microwave.
- Combine and Chill: Fold the cookie dough mixture into the melted white chocolate. Pour into the pan, top with reserved chips, and chill for 3 hours.
