Description

These Mini Phyllo Tacos are a fun and easy appetizer perfect for parties. Crispy phyllo shells filled with seasoned ground beef, cheese, and toppings, baked to perfection.

For the Mini Tacos:

  • 1 package (15-count) mini phyllo shells
  • ½ pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste

For Toppings:

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook Meat: Brown and cook the ground beef in a skillet. Add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  3. Fill Shells: Arrange phyllo shells on a baking sheet, fill with taco meat, top with cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake: Bake for 5–7 minutes until cheese melts and shells are crisp.
  5. Add Toppings: Top each taco with sour cream, tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro. Serve warm.
