- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
 
Chocolate Filling:
- 1/3 cup Nutella or other chocolate-hazelnut spread
 
Egg Wash:
- 1 egg, beaten
 
Optional:
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (for dusting, optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Prepare the pastry: Unfold the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface, cut into rectangles, and fill each with Nutella.
 - Seal the pastries: Fold over the pastry, press the edges to seal, and brush with beaten egg.
 - Bake: Bake for 15–18 minutes until golden and puffed.
 - Finish: Let cool, dust with powdered sugar if desired, and serve warm or at room temperature.
 
Notes
- Make sure the Nutella stays in the center to prevent leaking during baking.
 - You can also add sliced strawberries or bananas for variation.
