Chili Honey Drizzle:
- 1/4 cup honey

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Feta Mixture: In a bowl, mix the crumbled feta, cream cheese, parsley, lemon zest, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Assemble the Rolls: Layer and cut phyllo sheets, fill with feta mixture, and roll up tightly like a spring roll.
- Bake: Arrange rolls on a baking sheet, brush with oil or butter, and bake for 18–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Make the Chili Honey: Warm honey with chili in a saucepan, then drizzle over the baked rolls before serving.
