 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
 - zest of 1 lemon
 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
 - Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine ricotta, sugar, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, lemon zest, and flour. Mix until smooth.
 - Fill Pie: Pour the filling into the pie crust, smooth the top.
 - Bake: Bake for 45–50 minutes until set. Let it cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
