For the topping:
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30 crackers, crushed)
 - 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
