  • 8 ounces fettuccine or penne pasta

Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 pound shrimp (peeled, deveined, and chopped)
  • 1/2 pound lump crab meat (picked over for shells)
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare the sauce: Sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp and cook until pink. Add crab, cream, cheeses, seasoning, and simmer.
