- 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups frozen green beans or mixed vegetables (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom of the slow cooker and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare the Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
- Add the Stuffing: Sprinkle the dry stuffing mix over the top of the soup mixture. Add frozen vegetables if desired.
