Pizza Dough:

Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Cornmeal or flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Heat the oven to 475°F (245°C) with a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface, then transfer it to a pizza peel or parchment-lined sheet.
