Breading:
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 large egg, beaten
 - 3/4 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
 - Oil for frying (vegetable or canola)
 
Optional Fillings:
- diced pepperoni
 - chopped jalapeños
 - sun-dried tomatoes
 
Instructions
- Prepare Cheese Balls: Mix shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch balls, adding optional fillings if desired. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.
 - Breading Process: Coat each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs, ensuring even coverage.
 - Frying: Heat oil to 350°F and fry balls in batches for 2–3 minutes until golden.
 - Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve warm.

- For a healthier option, air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes or bake at 400°F for 12–15 minutes.
