- 2 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup refried beans
- 1/2 cup seasoned ground beef (cooked with taco seasoning)
- 1/4 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese

- Prepare the Tortillas: Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Lightly fry each flour tortilla one at a time until they become golden and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Remove and drain excess oil by placing them on paper towels.
- Assemble the Pizza Base: Spread the refried beans evenly over one fried tortilla. Then, layer the seasoned ground beef evenly on top of the beans. Place the second fried tortilla over this layer to form the base of the pizza.
- Add Sauce and Cheese: Spread the enchilada sauce over the top tortilla, then sprinkle the shredded Mexican blend cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Bake the Pizza: Place the assembled pizza on a baking sheet and bake it in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted thoroughly and is bubbly.
- Add Fresh Toppings and Serve: Remove the pizza from the oven and immediately top with diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, and optional black olives. Slice the pizza into wedges and serve warm for best flavor.
