			Turkey Wings:
- 4 large turkey wings (about 3–4 pounds)
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
 
Other:
- 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
 - 1 small onion, sliced
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F.
 - Prepare the turkey wings: Rinse and pat the turkey wings dry. Toss in olive oil.
 - Season the wings: Combine seasonings and rub over the wings.
 - Arrange in baking dish: Place sliced onions in a baking dish, then add wings.
 - Add broth: Combine broth and Worcestershire sauce, pour around wings.
 - Bake: Cover and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes. Uncover, baste, and bake for additional 30–40 minutes.
 - Rest and serve: Let wings rest before serving.
 
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, broil the wings for the last 3–5 minutes.
 - This recipe also works well with a gravy made from the pan drippings.
