- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce, plus more for drizzling
- 1 cup chopped pecans, divided

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 325°F and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare the Crust: Combine chocolate cookie crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool.
- Make the Filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Divide the batter, mix in melted chocolate to one half, and layer over crust.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until set. Cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and garnish with whipped cream.
