  • 1 small head green cabbage (about 6 cups chopped)

Dumplings:

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté Onion and Cabbage: In a large pot, melt butter and cook diced onion until softened. Add chopped cabbage and cook until tender and golden.
